TESTIMONIALS.
I instructed Sean to help me with the St Albans half marathon. I had run it a few years previously at my peak fitness but struggled to get a good time. This time round I was far more out of shape and had hardly been running.
The program Sean gave me was much different to anything I had done before. A variety of runs at different pace and lengths and strength work. Some runs seemed very slow, but Sean assured me that was part of the plan and it would help. I followed the program and it was great! The variety of training was good and kept it interesting. It was a good mix and at no point did I feel the threat of getting an injury. Which usually happens when I train for a half marathon.
The race came and I was 8 minutes faster than my previous time on this course! I couldn’t believe it, as I was almost 10kg heavier after a long period of not training. It felt far easier as well despite it being a very hilly course. I would 100% use Sean again.
If you want a personal best on a course, use Sean Rynn.
