Front Desk

Part-time Position (28 hours/week)
Schedule would begin in June/July

WHAT YOU WILL DO

+ Manage the front desk and provide ‘11 Star’ service for all clients and trainers

+ Client check-in, answering phones, event scheduling, and client/trainer tours

+ Client/Trainer schedule maintenance and Point of Sale via GymMaster

+ Organize and execute specific projects which may include marketing, community outreach, newsletter design and development, new systems development, etc

Starting at $22 / hour

THE SMALL PRINT for all DIAKADI positions

  • REQUIRED Bachelor’s Degree or Currently Obtaining a Degree

  • CPR and AED Certification (Can be obtained once hired)

  • Seeking a minimum one year commitment 

  • Ideally a minimum of one (1) year experience in the fitness, hospitality, service industry

  • Insight into a start-up business in the fitness industry

  • Self-Starter, strong initiative, Detail-Oriented Individual

  • Outstanding multitasking + Organizational Skills, with Exceptional Verbal and Written Skills

  • Strong computer skills in Google Suite and Canva

  • Ability to maintain a sense of humor, good vibes and grace under pressure

  • Skilled in establishing project goals and carrying out tasks with an owner’s eye

  • Flexibility to cover other shifts when needed is a HUGE plus 

  • Healthy lifestyle with fitness and workout experience in individual’s own life
