SAra’s BIO.

She/Her/Hers

Sara is from Laguna Beach, California. After a healthy childhood with lots of outdoor activity, sunshine, and whole foods, a change in lifestyle at 18 years old led to the development of polycystic ovarian syndrome. This sparked Sara’s curiosity about health and the importance of diet and lifestyle.

Sara earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from San Francisco State University and became a certified personal trainer in 2012. She specializes in strength training, nutrition coaching, and daily accountability, with a particular focus on women’s health—helping pre- and postnatal clients regain strength and core stability, as well as supporting women through the physical changes of menopause with strategic training and nutrition.

Now, she shares these principles with her clients, helping them build strength, optimize nutrition, and create sustainable habits for lifelong health.
