Jaime is passionate about helping others. Since becoming certified as a personal trainer in 2017, she has helped her clients develop appropriate and sustainable fitness routines; ones that support their lifestyle and health goals. With each individual client, Jaime facilitates an increased awareness of their strengths while addressing their weaknesses through resistance and mobility programming.
In addition to a personal trainer, Jaime is also a yoga instructor. She uses yoga in her life to reduce the stresses of work and motherhood and increase her patience and flexibility. Jaime's evolution as a fitness professional started with yoga and transitioned to emphasize strength and conditioning. Now, along with her regular yoga practice and workouts, she participates in at least 1 Spartan Race per year (join her!) and enjoys powerlifting.
Jaime is known for being playfully assertive with her clients. She provides clear instruction and is attentive to form. Her warm and welcoming personality makes each workout an approachable, effective, and enjoyable experience. She believes there are unlimited ways for all of us to find health and balance. It takes time, effort and confidence to create the lifestyle we deserve; one that celebrates our individuality.
