I'm passionate about guiding individuals towards reclaiming their innate physical capabilities, regardless of their starting point. My approach comes from the belief that our bodies are designed for movement and functionality. Whether you're a newcomer to fitness or a former athlete looking to feel like yourself again, my goal is to empower you to move with confidence in your everyday life.

For those new to fitness, I understand the anxiety that often accompanies the journey towards a healthier lifestyle. It's an intimidating feeling everyone has had. For me, it was freshman year of high school when I first started weight training. Then again in college at UC Santa Barbara, I was inconsistent with my training and was scared to start again, afraid I would never be what I was before. But now, with dedication and the right guidance, I feel strong and athletic, showing transformation is possible. My job is to create a tailored program that meets you exactly where you are, just like I needed when I began. I want you to be able to perform activities that the human body was meant to perform. We should be able to run, jump, move side-to-side, and pick things up without issue. My goal is to not only build your strength or lose the fat, but also to boost your confidence with your body and in your life. My individualized programming will address areas in need of more training and will optimize progress towards your goals efficiently. All I need is your effort. 

To those who once thrived in their former athleticism but have since fallen off the wagon, I offer a fresh perspective on training. As a former baseball player myself, and current all around athlete, it's always fun to talk about how you used to be, but there is still progress to be made in your body by training smarter now than when we were younger. Drawing on my experience as a Pain Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), I will pinpoint your linchpins and identify weaker muscle groups, then integrate the solutions into our training regimen ensuring both consistent progress and optimal health. No more generic programs and one-size-fits-all approaches to every athlete on the team.  Instead, I provide comprehensive full-body assessments and customized training regimens designed to optimize your strengths and address your unique goals. It's time to embrace the present moment and rediscover the joy of movement, feeling fluid and strong in your body as you pursue your active passions. It is time for you to compete like the corporate athlete you are.

At the core of my mission is the belief that motivation alone is temporary. It's necessary to turn that motivation into consistent action and commitment to healthy habits that yield lasting results. That feeling of accomplishment when looking at yourself in the mirror or being comfortable poolside or feeling springy and fluid when enjoying your active hobbies is incredible. It's all from your own hard work, you’re the one doing the squats, no one else did that for you. Starting is the hardest part and you obviously want to start. Take that first step and be the person you aspire to be.
