 Every client is different and comes with a unique set of gifts, challenges, and goals. Elijah takes pride in tailoring his programming specifically to each client to maximize results. Also, he has a unique ability to gauge exactly what level a person can be pushed, then go just a little beyond to ensure they are getting a great workout. Another aspect of customization is Elijah's ability to respond to client feedback and adjust the workout program accordingly. Elijah is your trainer, whether you are recovering from an injury, training for a marathon, or simply training to lose that extra weight you have accumulated over the years. Since starting training in 2007, Elijah has worked with every type of client out there. This includes teens, elderly, 40s age men and women, pregnant women, and many others. His ability to adapt to the person in front of him is one of his strengths as a trainer. 

Throughout Elijah’s career as a personal trainer has continually built up his knowledge base and is certified in ViPR, KettleBell, pre-post natal, ACE, NCSF and many others. Add that to 3 years at the Equinox fitness training institute and a BS in Exercise Physiology if you need even more qualification. Beyond lettered credentials, Elijah constantly keeps his finger on the pulse of fitness. He has even been featured on top rated Itunes podcast including the Paleo Solution, The Nourish Balance Thrive Podcast, and your Body Do Over. He can distinguish fads from new sound principles to help guide his clients through the mess that fitness marketing can be. Elijah believes in keeping an open mind. When new discoveries are made, to get the extra edge, he can adapt them to fit his clients' needs instantly.

 For fun Elijah likes to run, lift weights, blog, read research articles, hang out with his world’s cutest nieces and nephews, do Spartan Races, record podcasts, write books and blogs, do diet experiments and biohacks, spend time with friends, camp, cook, and of course work!
