With 26 years of exercise coaching experience, Darwin specializes in medical and post-rehabilitation exercise, supporting clients with orthopedic and chronic health conditions to enhance their strength, endurance, and overall functionality for improved longevity and healthspan. 

Darwin’s six-step client care approach starts with a thorough medical and health history review, followed by a personalized exercise plan tailored to your specific health needs and goals. You’ll know what exercises to do, which to avoid, and how to incorporate the techniques you learn into all your daily activities.  

Darwin’s clients and colleagues have praised his calm demeanor, listening skills, and his commitment to helping others while continuing his own education so he can always deliver a higher level of service to his clients.

Raised in Houston, TX, Darwin made his way to San Francisco in 2006. Working at DIAKADI gave him a unique opportunity to work and learn alongside some of the best trainers and health practitioners in the industry.

He eventually made his way out of the U.S. for an invaluable “life abroad” experience, living in Spain, Ecuador, and India while visiting places like Italy, Germany, and the UAE.

But Darwin ultimately made his way back to Texas before deciding he wanted to be in San Francisco again. He just had to get back to the 60-degree summers.

But most importantly, he wanted the chance to once again work with DIAKADI’s top-notch trainers who are always pushing each other to learn and grow so they can help clients achieve their own physical and personal goals.

In his free time, Darwin is an avid reader, plays guitar, and can usually be found walking and exploring San Francisco while thanking his lucky stars he’s out of the Texas heat.

I suffer from chronic pain from two failed back surgeries and was seeing a massage therapist who referred me to Darwin for more evaluation and an exercise program.
