From a young age, sports were my passion, but when a chronic illness derailed my athletic career, I refused to let it define me. Through years of research, trial and error, and a commitment to my own health, I successfully reclaimed my strength and vitality. Now, I use that experience to help others transform their lives—because I know firsthand how much your health impacts everything.

I bring over 6 years of coaching experience, 7 specialty certifications, and training under top doctors and coaches in the Bay Area. My personal and professional background gives me a unique perspective on overcoming challenges—whether it's recovering from an injury, losing weight, or breaking through fitness plateaus.

What sets me apart from other coaches is my holistic approach. Health isn’t just about fitness and nutrition —it’s about the whole body and the environment around you. Unfortunately, our bodies aren't adapted to modern life and its making us sicker. Disease is at an all-time high, ultra-processed foods dominate 60% of the average American's diet, and thousands of chemicals are incorporated into our food supply. I say this not to be alarmist, but to educate. Navigating these challenges can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to shoulder that burden and make your life easier. I'm not just a coach to count your reps— I’m committed to helping you improve your overall well-being in a sustainable way.

Hi I’m Nishit! I’m a software engineer working at Facebook. I’ve been training with Brendan for 1.5 years now. Before hiring Brendan as my fitness coach, I had tried a few personal trainers intermittently. That had worked out ok but I was never really able to achieve the optimum results. I had managed to lose weight by training on my own as well but wasn’t able to build muscle and as a result, I got injured a couple of times and developed some aches and pains. Some fears I had about hiring a fitness coach again were whether I’ll still be stuck with sub-optimal results or get injured if someone trains aggressively.
