Brandon’s BIO.
HE/HIM/HIs
My passion for professional fitness began when I was 17 after fracturing my back while playing football. Frustrated by the lack of knowledge from health professionals to get me out of pain and back to playing sports, I dug into any fitness related website, magazine and book I could find.
Eventually, I got back to competitive lifting and sports pain-free. My experience helped me relate on a deeper level to so many people. My experience encouraged me to quit my role as a mechanical engineer to pursue personal training as a full-time career, receiving my personal training certification in 2017. Now, I love coaching new lifters to learn and appreciate their bodies, to move and lift properly, and to set and achieve fitness goals. I live with the understanding that health and happiness go hand in hand.
Outside of work, I love training for fitness competitions, playing recreational sports, testing out new recipes, and taking long road trips on California’s beautiful adventures.

TESTIMONIALS.
I've worked with many trainers so far but so far haven't found anyone like Brandon - he actually explains in depth how the body works, so the workouts he is teaching me actually makes sense rather than some arbitrary workout that would seem like a fad. I challenged Brandon as I have special needs for my workouts as well as having highly custom/specific goals and he has gone above expectation every time. I fully expect to work with Brandon long term and highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a trainer that will tailor to your needs rather than just giving you a generic set of workout circuits.

As a former athlete, having a trainer who is on top of their knowledge is important - along with someone who can plan workouts well to allow for recovery and progression. Brandon has nailed every checkbox and then some. Best trainer I’ve worked with hands down.

Working out with Brandon over the past few years has been life altering in the best ways possible. Over these years I have learned so much from his fun, creative, organized, and goal-oriented approach to training. Brandon always listens to my goals and concerns and tailors his approach to fit my needs. He is very thoughtful and thorough in his approach to training, be it conditioning, strength, or cardio etc. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and it shows!! During my time with Brandon I have gained muscle, balance, agility, and even more importantly, I gained more confidence in myself and in my belonging in the gym environment. During my time with Brandon I have also lost 130 pounds and he supported me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Brandon as a trainer and as a friend.
